More and more people are wondering what kind of content they should produce to improve their GEO metrics. When you don't know what questions your customers will ask, simply producing large volumes of content won't necessarily improve your metrics. What you need is a carefully designed content plan, followed by the creation of high-quality content aligned with that plan.
To address this challenge, we at BlueDot AI have added a new content generation system powered by our BlueQ model to Bluedot Intelligence. Let us walk you through how it works.
A New Content Recommendation and Generation System: BlueQ Query Fan-Out

Bluedot Intelligence features a Customer Questions menu that imports data on questions customers have actually asked through Google Search Console. Based on this data, the system can infer the real-world questions customers are likely to ask.
By tracking these inferred customer questions, Bluedot Intelligence calculates a risk score. This score takes into account mention rate, top-position mention rate (ranking position), and citation rate. A high risk score indicates that a prompt requires a more urgent response. In other words, it serves as a signal of how urgently content needs to be created.
Prompts with high risk scores can be filtered by time period in the Content Blind Spots section. The challenge, however, is that addressing each prompt individually is not enough. This is because AI search systems generally break down a user's question into multiple sub-queries through a process known as query fan-out.
The number of sub-queries can vary depending on factors such as whether the customer has a paid subscription. Nevertheless, there are typically at least four or five queries that need to be addressed. This means preparing content that covers not only the original question but also at least four or five fan-out queries.
To solve this problem, we at BlueDot AI developed the BlueQ Query Fan-Out model. This proprietary model, available exclusively through BlueDot Intelligence, analyzes and applies patterns observed in ChatGPT's query fan-out behavior. It was developed by collecting and classifying thousands of ChatGPT query fan-out examples gathered over time.
We identified at least five distinct query types:
- Rewriting: Rephrasing the original question
- Entity Comparison: Comparing entities, including competitors
- Recommendations: Searching for recommendations
- Site-Restricted Search: Limiting searches to specific websites
- Language Expansion: Expanding the search across languages
The key takeaway is that addressing a single customer question may require content that covers at least five fan-out queries.

For example, if five prompts are identified as high-risk, this menu helps you see that you may need to create at least 25 pieces of content to address the associated queries. Clicking the Generate Content button also automatically generates draft content for you. Of course, this does not mean you must publish content for every single query.
The process for determining what content to create for GEO can be summarized as follows:
Google Search Console + BlueQ-based prompt design → Risk analysis for each prompt → Identification of BlueQ fan-out queries for each prompt → Automated content generation for each query → Review and publication
Content Is One of the Core Pillars of GEO Strategy
GEO involves providing AI search systems with reliable, high-quality content, supported by the domain authority you have built over time. The importance of content in this process cannot be overstated.
However, recent Google spam updates and its content guidelines suggest that Google is placing greater emphasis on the value and quality of content, including how it is created. Google has notably introduced effort as a factor in evaluating content quality, highlighting the importance of the human work invested in content creation.

We believe that reviewing, refining, and enriching the drafts suggested by BlueDot Intelligence will help you achieve better GEO results.
